A limited number of Word Tokens are provided to allow you to explore the services offered by this Website.

For continuous usage, the acquisition of additional Word Tokens is necessary.

We do not assure uninterrupted access to the Website or its continual presence in its current form.

It is prohibited to upload any content to the Website that is protected by copyrights or intellectual property rights which you do not possess. We are not liable for the publication of such content.

Copying, utilizing, distributing (or selling to benefit a competitor) any part of the Website for commercial purposes is prohibited without obtaining prior licensing from us.

The utilization of data mining or data extraction software on the Website is strictly prohibited.

Content is generated automatically using the GPT Artificial Intelligence (AI) system based on the tool and parameters you input.

Unless stated otherwise, it is entirely your responsibility to review the AI-generated content provided by the system and make necessary amendments before publishing in accordance with the law.

Future additional services and/or tools may be introduced.

The Unlimited Plan is designated for 1 user seat only (one login per account simultaneously). A Fair Use Policy applies: it is estimated to generate more than 80,000 Word Tokens per month, surpassing human capacity.

Abuse or excessive use of the Unlimited Plan will prompt a review of your subscription, and we will contact you to discuss your needs.

Non-compliance with the Fair Use Policy may lead to cancellation of your account and subscription without refunds.

Limitation of Liability

All implied warranties, conditions, and terms stipulated by statute or common law are fully excluded from these Terms & Conditions as permitted by law.

This Agreement does not limit or exclude Socials.ai's liability for:

Death or personal injury arising from negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for:

Loss of profits;

Special, indirect, or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses.

We shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of the Website or any related aspect.
